Shipping Policy

Effective date: March 2026

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed at Hobby 151 (the “Store”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1) Where we ship

We ship to:

·       Canada

·       United States

·       International destinations (where available at checkout)

If your country/region isn’t available at checkout, please email us and we’ll confirm if we can ship to you.

2) Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-volume periods (new releases, promotions, holidays), processing may take longer.

3) Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping costs and available delivery options are shown at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to factors outside our control (weather, customs delays, carrier disruptions, etc.).

4) Pre-orders

If you purchase a pre-order item, it will ship when the item is released and received by us.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we may:

·       Ship everything together once all items are available, or

·       Ship items separately (at our discretion)

5) Tracking

Tracking is provided when available. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

6) Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the order.

7) Delivered packages

Packages marked delivered by the carrier are considered delivered.

If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate your package, please:

1.       Check around your delivery location and with household members/neighbors

2.       Contact the carrier to request more details

3.       Email us with your order number and any claim/reference number

8) Lost or damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged, or if a package appears lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or the last tracking update).

Please include:

·       Your order number

·       Photos of the item(s)

·       Photos of the shipping box and packing materials (for damage claims)

We’ll work with you on a resolution once the carrier investigation (if required) is complete.

9) Customs, duties & taxes (International)

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and import fees charged by your country.

These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not refundable.
