Return & Refund Policy

Effective date: March 2026

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made at Hobby 151 (the “Store”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1) All sales are final

Due to the nature of trading cards, sealed collectible products, and accessories/supplies, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items for reasons including (but not limited to) change of mind, incorrect purchase, price changes, or pull rates.

2) Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Please include:

·       Your order number

·       Clear photos of the item(s)

·       Photos of the shipping box and packing materials

We may offer, at our discretion:

·       A replacement (if available)

·       A refund

·       Store credit

3) Shipping issues & lost packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, it is considered delivered.

If tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the package, please:

1.       Check around your delivery location and with household members/neighbors

2.       Contact the carrier to open a claim

3.       Email us with your order number and claim details

For packages that are confirmed lost in transit, we’ll work with you on a resolution once the carrier investigation is complete.

4) Refunds (if approved)

If a refund is approved:

·       Refunds are issued to the original payment method

·       Processing time is typically 3–10 business days (varies by bank/payment provider)

·       Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the issue was our error)

5) International orders

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, and import fees charged by their country. These fees are not refundable.
